| Rules for the Construction and Classification of High-Speed Craft The international shipping industry developed high-speed craft, including passenger ships and cargo ships, on account of increasing demand for efficiency and speed. The building materials include steel, aluminum alloy, fiberglass, etc. Our Rules for the Construction and Classification of High-Speed Craft incorporate the text in full of the International Code of Safety for High-Speed Craft, 2000 (2000 HSC Code) as amendments, along with CR classification requirements for hull strength.
