This Society has been publishing periodical technical circulars, providing summaries of important clauses stated in international conventions, their Chinese translations, and clauses of the original text. Such circulars are published bimonthly in principle. In addition to sending these circulars in printed form to our clients, we have also sent them by e-mail starting from Technical Circular No.7.

In view of the fact that a great number of clauses in international conventions have been amended and that the IMO amends them from time to time, causing shipping companies to be at a loss as to what course to take, we have published a Chinese version of the newly amended clauses, which are concise and to the point.
